WILDCRAFTED FUCUS

$69.95

Wildcrafted Fucus Vesiculosus is a type of sea algae known by the common names bladderwrack, black tang, rockweed, sea oak, rock wrack. It can be found on the coasts of the North Sea, the western Baltic Sea, and some parts of the North Atlantic and Pacific. This sea algae SUPERFOOD is a fantastic source of iodine, other nutrients, and antioxidants. Bladderwrack's mucilaginous thallus has been used to soothe irritated and inflamed tissues in the body, for thyroid disorders, as a laxative, and to counter obesity and aging skin. The thallus has tough, air-filled pods or bladders that help the algae float, thus the name bladderwrack.

Promote collagen synthesis in the skin, which may help reverse signs of skin aging and boost the regeneration of skin cells, brown algae helps slow down weight gain and fat buildup and helps to strengthen your joints and relieve pain.

Key Benefits:

Relieves constipation and diarrhea

Alleviates stomach problems by creating a barrier between the sensitive stomach lining and irritants, can assist with such issues as stomach acids, heartburn, indigestion, high acid levels within the body and lowering inflammation.

Regulates thyroid function

  • People living near the ocean in areas where bladderwrack grows have lower rates of hypothyroidism. Some speculate this is because their diets contain higher levels of iodine from fish, shellfish, and seaweeds, such as bladderwrack.

  • The thyroid gland needs iodine to produce regulating hormones that can keep the body functioning normally. Insufficiency of iodine can lead to hypothyroidism.

Promotes weight loss

  • The iodine found in bladderwrack is in highly bioavailable form because of the way it interacts with the thyroid-stimulating hormone. Iodine is known to stimulate metabolism, which leads to weight loss.

Good for Eye Health

Menstrual Cycle Regulation and Premenopausal Women

  • Dietary bladderwrack may help increase the duration of the menstrual cycle in premenopausal women and reduce the risk of diseases related to estrogen excess or deficiency.

INGREDIENTS:

Dried Wildcrafted Fucus Vesiculosus (Bladderwrack) Powder, Non Soy Vegan Capsule

HOW TO USE:

Take up to 2 capsules daily.

735 mg per cap

*Remember - A strict Alkaline Diet is required for maximum effectiveness; otherwise, you'll neutralize the effects or only reap minimal benefits. View our Nutritional Guide here.
